If you are 3000 or 2 miles away you still can have your merchandise exhibited with us. The restocking and shipping program allows you to enjoy a successful long-distance participation. When shipping your merchandise you can feel confident that your products will be received, inventoried and attractively displayed in our unique shopping environment. Assistance is available to prepare merchandise for shipping and schedule a pickup. An Exhibitor will be charged for shipping to and from and mailing and shipping supplies.special orders accepted Occasionally customers will ask about the possibility of having an exhibitor create a custom order. So our associates, can provide the highest quality services to our customers and be knowledgeable about your merchandise , we request that if you accept special orders that you provide us with processing time, information, catalogs, brochures and pricing for these situations. jcwyatt® Customer Care Representatives are available to assist you and customers 7 days a week. We notify the Exhibitor within 24 hours of all custom or special orders.display construction Store displays are designed to be durable and moveable. You may request any combination in length and you will be provided with a number of shelves per unit to attractively display your merchandise. A diagram for booth construction will be forwarded to an exhibitor leasing a booth. The initial construction of your display or booth is complimentary. An Exhibitor may request for modifications. All additions will be charged to the Exhibitor based on the hourly rate of our carpenter. jcwyatt® must approve all exhibitor’s displays and construction.display presentation & maintenance We understand that each Exhibitor has particular needs concerning their display is important and our associates will do everything needed to optimize your sales and visual display. If you are unsure how you should display certain items, ask our on site award winning display associate to assist you in making an effective display. Daily maintenance including dusting or rearranging merchandise to keep the display attractive is provided at no charge. If you have special requests related to the up-keep please let us know. security at the house jcwyatt ® has given the greatest care to insure that all merchandise is protected from theft. Strategically placed security cameras and sensors are installed allowing our security staff to keep a watchful eye on all areas of the store 24 hours a day. As customers enter and leave our main lobby of the store their packages and coats are checked at the front desk.

monthly sales reports and checks We will provide an Exhibitor a Sales Report for the month and a check for monies due from sales. Amount is figured by total gross sales less our commission rate (if applicable) See commission fees section for details) and any service expenses chosen by the exhibitor or monies due jcwyatt®. Checks are mailed within 5-15 working days after closing total Sales Reports of the prior month. Checks are not mailed if Exhibitor’s account is not current.weekly sales reporting Each Monday, we will generate an itemized Sales Report for every Exhibitor at our retail location. An associate will read, fax and or email the results of your prior week’s sales. This program will help you evaluate what you’ve sold and which items need to be restocked. weekly sales by fax or email This sales program is ideal to get you the information you want. This program allows us to send your Sales Report directly to any fax machine or email address you indicate. For just $3.00 per week (not per copy), you can have these reports available to you first thing Monday morning.access sales reports via the internet - coming soonThis daily program is ideal to get you the information you want at your own convenience. This online program is name and password protected and allows an exhibitor to review total sales of the day prior. You can choose several options to create Reports such as: total sales from start to end date, sales summary and inventory by product or SCU #. This service is free with any lease. lease payment methods Exhibitor’s lease payment is due by the first of the month and a non returnable late fee of $29.00 will be charged per month for untimely paid rent. A one-month security deposit and first month rent is due as indicated in the Exhibit Space Application/Contract before exhibiting. We require Exhibitors to provide us with a credit card that the Exhibitor authorizes jcwyatt® to charge any payments due. An Exhibitor is responsible to notify us and receive written confirmation from an associate of the company if we are not to charge your credit card for money due us. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, money orders and business or personal checks are accepted for lease payments. $20.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.automatic lease deduction This program allows us to automatically deduct your lease payment from your previous month’s accrued sales. Rental amounts are deducted on the first ( 1st ) of the month. A Sales Report for the month will be sent to you detailing the lease payment deduction. If a payment is due jcwyatt®, we will charge the amount due to Exhibitor’s credit card on file in contract.
