MERCHANDISE PROMPTLY. RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR US TO ACCEPT RETURNED MERCHANDISE.
We will gladly issue a refund, credit or exchange for all purchases returned
within 15 days of purchase for crafter's merchandise and 30 days for jcwyatt
merchandise. If you return merchandise after 15 days of purchase, its up to the
store manager to authorize a decision to accept the return. We may issue a gift
certificate, credit to credit card, check (within 2 weeks) and a check back to
the actual person who purchased the item. Sorry, we DON'T give cash back to any

NO returns are accepted on custom orders, discounted merchandise and on all
sales are final merchandise. Unwrapped and unused items will only be accepted.
Items shipped to the wrong address, from customer's mistake and fault for providing
us with the incorrect address will not be subject to these terms and conditions.
As we mentioned cash is not given back to anyone, a check will be issued to only
the customer whom purchased the merchandise. The person that received the
merchandise as a gift will not be a payable of the check that is mailed to the
purchaser. A gift certificate of equal or less value will be issued to the gift
receiver if merchandise was purchased with cash or check. Returns paid by credit
card will take about 2 billing cycles to clear accounts.

cancellations within 48 hours by: Phone or FAX, with a confirmed
authorization code, Customer Service assistance is
available 7 days a week from 10:00am to 10:00pm EST. JC Wyatt is not responsible
for any cancellation that is not received within the 48 hour time period, which includes
weekends and holidays. Time period begins, when JC Wyatt receives your order.

amounts of a certain design and custom work to place any JC Wyatt image on Stationery,
Note Paper or Note card, that is not currently part of the existing Catalog Collections.
All Custom Orders will include a $35.00 processing Fee for all custom works. No returns
will be accepted on Custom Orders. Personalized: Invitations and
Holiday/Christmas Cards are also available through JC Wyatt. Call for custom price rates.

section for your order. Please include your invoice number and account number on all

NET 30
account. If you wish to acquire an account
under Net 30 terms with JC Wyatt please request and complete the JC Wyatt Customer Credit
Application. JC Wyatt requires a prepayment on customer's initial order. Until a credit
limit has been established by JC Wyatt, NO orders will be processed or shipped under net
30 terms. JC Wyatt will set a credit limit on all accepted accounts. Please allow three weeks for
credit approval.
credit card account: Any customer may set up a Credit Card account with JC
Wyatt. JC Wyatt will provide the customer with a status & privileges of a Net 30
account, as payments for all orders will be charged to your credit card. The flexibility
to pay your own credit card after 30 days or over time will give you the option to manage
your finances through your credit card payments. Your credit card will provide you with an
established available credit and source of payment for all orders. If the customer wishes
not to pay by credit card, the customer is responsible to notify JC Wyatt within 48 hours
of placement of order at 1-800-529-9288
